Mini Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 4 c thrive apple chips, rehydrated and drained (alternately, 4 medium apples peeled and cut into small pieces)
- 4 T thrive white flour
- 4 T butter
- 1⁄2 t cinnamon
- 1⁄2 c thrive brown sugar
- 1⁄2 c thrive quick oats
- whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
* Place apples in a greased baking dish.
* In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar, then cut in butter until coarse. Add oats and cinnamon.
* Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over apples. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
